Postdoctoral admission requirements

1. Under 35 years old (inclusive), good conduct, passionate about scientific research, and will or have obtained a doctoral degree in a related major. For those who have obtained a doctoral degree, the time of obtaining the degree is generally no more than 3 years;

2. Published 1 or more academic papers included in SCI, SSCI, CSSCI, EI, etc. as the first author or corresponding author;

3. Have a certain level of industrial practice and business ability, and meet the recruitment requirements of the workstation and cooperative tutor for postdoctoral researchers.

Postdoctoral 2+1 Training Program

In order to deepen the cooperation between the university and the local government, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and meet the construction needs of local research institutes, we recruit doctoral students who are willing to engage in technological innovation and serve industrial upgrading, who graduated from well-known domestic and foreign universities or research institutes, have strong innovation ability, great development potential, and high comprehensive quality. After entering the center, they will be stationed full-time in the International Innovation Center of Zhejiang University of Technology, with specific disciplines and scientific research tasks, and the working period is three years.

discipline Postdoctoral

According to the needs of discipline development and scientific research, we recruit postdoctoral fellows who are mainly engaged in scientific research, including two types: industrial postdoctoral fellows and discipline postdoctoral fellows. After entering the center, they will be stationed full-time in the International Innovation Center of Zhejiang University of Technology, with specific disciplines and scientific research tasks, and the working period is two years.

Main benefits and policies

Salary

During the stay at the station, you can be recommended to apply for various talent programs with priority, and be given resettlement subsidies in accordance with relevant policies;

The cooperating supervisor or enterprise can provide additional allowance support based on the postdoctoral fellow's work performance during his/her stay at the station;

After leaving the station, you can be recommended to teach in the school with priority and enjoy the treatment of "no promotion, no leave" (the school headquarters and Zhijiang College will recommend you at the same time).

Position Title: Super Postdoctoral Fellow

Annual salary range: ≧1.5 million/1 million housing subsidy for 3 years

Treatment at/after the station: Monthly salary of no less than 10,000 yuan (before tax); 120,000 yuan postdoctoral living allowance per year for the first two years; 50,000 yuan district-level talent subsidy per year; 50,000-100,000 yuan research funding per year; 1,500 yuan monthly housing subsidy; if you continue to work in Fuzhou for one year after leaving the station, you can apply for a one-time special government subsidy of 600,000 yuan. If you meet the conditions, you can be identified as a Class D talent in Hangzhou and receive a housing subsidy of 1 million yuan.

Position Title: Industry/discipline postdoctoral fellow

Annual salary range: ≥750,000/2 years

Treatment at/after the station: Monthly salary of no less than 10,000 yuan (before tax); annual postdoctoral living allowance of 120,000 yuan; annual district-level talent subsidy of 50,000 yuan; annual research funding of 50,000-100,000 yuan; monthly housing allowance of 1,500 yuan

Annual salary range: ≥500,000/2 years

Treatment at/after the station: Monthly salary of no less than RMB 7,000 (before tax); annual postdoctoral living allowance of RMB 120,000; annual district-level talent subsidy of RMB 50,000; monthly housing allowance of RMB 1,500

After the postdoctoral fellows enter the station, their children's household registration can be moved with them, and they can enjoy the same treatment as teachers in the school when they enter kindergarten and school; after leaving the station, the spouse and children's household registration can be moved with them according to the policy.
