Agreement: When you check "I have read and agree to the User Agreement", it means that you have carefully read and fully understood and agreed to all the terms under this agreement. If you have any doubts or dissatisfaction with the content of this user agreement, you can contact us at any time according to the contact information listed in this user agreement. We will promptly handle your request or complaint and provide explanations based on your needs.

1. Subject and Scope of User Agreement

1.1 Agreement subject

This platform refers to the job search and recruitment service website fully owned and operated by Beijing Yinzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company" or "us"). "User": refers to the platform users (job seekers and recruiters) with full civil capacity, also referred to as "you" in this agreement. Account "refers to the user's identification information registered and registered for the use of this platform and related services. Please note that if you choose not to register for an account on this platform, you can use some of the platform's services as a visitor.

1.2 Scope of Agreement

This user agreement is the main service agreement between our company and you. We have developed specialized service agreements for specific services for all parties to comply with. You can refer to such service agreements on the service agreement page or when opening relevant services, which constitute a supplementary agreement between you and us. The supplementary agreement is inseparable from this user agreement and has the same legal effect. The agreements, statements, or rules published on this platform, such as the Legal Declaration, Trademark Declaration, and Information Release Rules, are an integral part of this agreement. By accepting this agreement, you are also deemed to have accepted all the terms of the platform rules and are bound by them.

2. Account registration and usage

2.1 Account registration

(1) For those who apply for registration, you should truthfully fill in your age and be at least 16 years old on the date of registration. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read and agree to this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with their consent before using the relevant services.

(2) If you are a recruiter, you must be a legally established and existing enterprise, institution, society, public institution, or other organization that meets the requirements of normative documents such as laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules of the People's Republic of China, and has legal qualifications for employment and genuine recruitment needs (collectively referred to as the "recruiter"). If you are a natural person registering and using services on behalf of the recruiter, you must have valid authorization from the recruiter and ensure that it is a professional behavior (including but not limited to: posting recruitment information, communicating with job seekers, purchasing goods/services, or disclosing information, etc.), and ensure that this professional behavior remains valid during the use of the platform services.

(3) In order to better enjoy the platform services for online information publishing, users should comply with the requirements of our registration mechanism and provide legal, authentic, valid, and complete registration materials (including but not limited to: business license or relevant department approval documents, legal representative's ID card information, corporate account information, ID card information of handling personnel/authorized personnel, job or position information, power of attorney, authorization letter, and other related information and proof materials). You promise that the submitted relevant information and proof materials should be authentic, legal, valid, and not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If there are any changes, you should update them in a timely manner. If the relevant information and supporting materials you provide are illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or not updated in a timely manner, it may result in adverse consequences or legal liabilities for you.

(4) If you are a visitor, you can powse this platform and use some functions without registering an account.

2.2 Account usage

(1) You acknowledge and agree that when you complete the registration on this platform, this platform will create an account for you, and the ownership of the account belongs to us. You will obtain the right to use the account, which is non transferable and limited to the purpose of personal employment and employer employment. Please note that when using your account, you must carefully read the various rules of the corresponding service, and use the corresponding service after confirming that you fully understand and agree.

(2) For the sake of job security and to protect the rights and interests of our users, if a user complains, reports, questions from regulatory authorities, or is exposed by mass media during the use of our services, we have the right to review the user based on the above situation, and require the user to provide corresponding evidence to demonstrate the legality and necessity of their own behavior. The user should cooperate. If the user refuses to cooperate or fails to provide or pass the review, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of some or all services to the user as appropriate.

2.3 Account Security Standards

(1) You should choose a password with strong confidentiality and high security, and manage your username, login password, payment password (if any), and verification code properly. You are responsible for all actions under your account, including but not limited to posting job applications, job postings, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information.

(2) We suggest that you try not to use the same password in third-party applications. Please do not trust network information that requests passwords or property, do not provide the above information to any third party for use, and do not engage in any behavior that may pose a risk of user name and password leakage. When you discover improper use of your account or any other situation that may endanger the security of your account, you should immediately contact us and we will actively assist you in handling it.

If you fail to properly keep your account password and cause any loss or damage, you should seek legal, administrative, or other remedies from the infringer or bear the responsibility yourself.

2.4 Account cancellation

You need to follow the cancellation process and operation instructions provided by our official channels, and perform the cancellation operation on the relevant function settings page; Please carefully read and fully understand the following terms in the agreement:

(1) Once this account is cancelled, it cannot be restored.

(2) During the account cancellation period, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, investigations by national authorities, we have the right to suspend and terminate the cancellation operation of this account.

(3) After canceling this account, you will no longer be able to use it, nor will you be able to retrieve any content or information related to your account.

(4) Cancelling this account does not mean that the actions and related responsibilities prior to its cancellation are exempted or reduced.

3. Service Description

3.1 Job search services

(1) Users can improve their personal resume and related information through the resume module, or upload independent resumes.

(2) When users submit resumes and communicate with recruiters using the communication tools we provide, the resume content, communication behavior, and communication content should be limited to job related matters. Users are not allowed to engage in non job seeking activities such as spam marketing, advertising, illegal fraud, etc. using resume submission, online communication, and other functions. If users purchase value-added services such as resume optimization, the service content and the rights and obligations between users and the platform are detailed in the specific product agreement.

(3) Users seeking employment should truthfully provide their true situation and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and other provisions. If the aforementioned information is untrue or the behavior violates laws and regulations, the user shall bear the corresponding adverse consequences on their own, including being refused employment by the recruiting party or terminating the labor relationship after employment. Therefore, those who cause losses should also bear corresponding compensation responsibilities.

3.2 Recruitment Services

(1) Users should provide relevant information about the recruitment party according to our requirements and pass the review before publishing recruitment information and conducting recruitment activities.

(2) Users can operate and publish recruitment related information at designated locations on the platform.

(3) Users should ensure that the recruitment information posted is true, legal, and effective. The information posted by users must not contain any other content except for necessary information for recruitment, including but not limited to illegal or irregular content, content that violates public order and good customs, content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, and the promotion and sale of their own products or services. If the user's recruitment information is inaccurate or violates regulations, resulting in losses, they should also bear corresponding compensation responsibilities. Those involved in illegal activities or constituting criminal offenses shall bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with laws and regulations.

(4) We have the right to review and guide the information posted by users when necessary, and have the right to request explanations, corrections, or clarifications from users.

(5) When users post job postings or communicate with job seekers, they must not involve content that violates relevant laws and regulations, this agreement, or platform rules.

3.3 User's obligation to use

(1) Our service can only be used for legitimate purposes, namely for individuals seeking employment and employers seeking employees, and any other use is explicitly prohibited. Users are prohibited from using the services of this platform to engage in activities that exceed the aforementioned purposes, violate laws and regulations, or harm the legitimate rights and interests of other users or us.

(2) Users are not allowed to produce, copy, send, publish and disseminate content that violates the Internet Information Service Management Measures, the Internet Information Content Ecological Governance Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations through this platform, including but not limited to:

- Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

- Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

- Damaging national honor and interests;

- Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;

- Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;

- Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

- Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;

- Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;

- Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;

- Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, personal information, etc;

- Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

(3) Users are not allowed to use our services to engage in the following behaviors, including but not limited to:

- Engaging in investment promotion, enrollment, and partner recruitment under the guise of recruitment;

- Recruiting others to engage in activities that violate laws, regulations, public order, and good customs;

- Soliciting property or collecting fees from job seekers under any pretext such as training fees, clothing fees, or work needs;

- Insult or harass other users;

- Open/obtain services for oneself or others through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith (including but not limited to exploiting potential vulnerabilities on the platform, bypassing the platform's commercial/technical rules, etc.);

- Other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, this agreement, or platform rules

3.4 User's Security Obligations

During your use of the service, we will take technical and other necessary measures to ensure network security, stable operation, and prevent online criminal activities. At the same time, you should comply with relevant laws and regulations and should not engage in any behavior that violates the provisions of laws and regulations or affects website security, including but not limited to:

(1) Activities that violate network security regulations and endanger computer information network security, such as peaking or attempting to peak network security protection measures, cracking, destroying, deleting, modifying or adding network services and related software and hardware facilities; Deleting, modifying, or adding data and applications stored or transmitted in computer information networks, including interfering with services to users and networks through overloading, "mail bombs," or "destruction; Using software or hardware to steal someone else's password, illegally invade someone else's computer system, including accessing unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers, accounts, email addresses, or allowing third parties to access data, resumes, or other information published, transmitted, or disseminated by this website without the consent of this website; Intentionally creating and disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses; Other activities that pose a threat to computer information network security;

(2) Using our services to carry out activities that endanger national security, undermine political stability, leak state secrets, infringe upon the interests of the state, society, collectives, and the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, and engage in illegal and criminal activities; Establish websites and communication groups for illegal activities such as fraud, teaching criminal methods, producing or selling prohibited or controlled items;

(3) The act of infringing upon the exclusive rights, trade secrets, or intellectual property of others, or infringing upon the privacy rights or other legitimate personal rights of others.

(4) Without permission, using plugins, cheats, or accessing this service or system through other third-party tools, operating platforms, or any services to obtain relevant data or information.

4. Default handling

4.1 If the user violates our registration requirements, including but not limited to: the user fails to register or provides information that is illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or not updated in a timely manner; We have the right to immediately suspend or terminate the use of the user account and stop providing related services if we intentionally provide false identity information, company information for registration, or if there are other violations of relevant laws and regulations, this agreement, or platform rules. If any losses are caused to us and related parties, the relevant users should also bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

4.2 If there is evidence or we have reason to believe that the user's behavior violates relevant laws, regulations, this agreement, or platform rules during the use of the account, we may immediately take one or more of the following measures: take the relevant information offline, delete it, or request rectification; Immediately cease providing services; Ban user accounts; No refund of fees already paid; Request the user to compensate us for all losses suffered as a result; Hold the user accountable for corresponding legal responsibilities, etc.

4.3 If the user's violation of laws, regulations, this agreement or platform rules results in any third party making any claims or requests against us, the user shall bear full compensation responsibility, including but not limited to compensating us for all direct and indirect losses, including but not limited to: actual losses, late fees, administrative or criminal fines, compensation and compensation fees paid to third parties, notary fees paid to resolve disputes, lawyer fees, litigation fees, property preservation fees, appraisal fees, travel expenses, etc.

5. Responsibility Statement

2.1 As an information service and communication platform, all user information, user resume information, recruitment information, and community communication information are uploaded and published by users themselves. Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of the format, content, and legality of the information uploaded and published by themselves. We will review the content uploaded and published by users in accordance with relevant national regulations, but we will not conduct substantive review of the content of the information uploaded and published by users, and we cannot guarantee its authenticity, completeness, and accuracy; Not conducting substantive review on the actual business and credit status of users. We are not responsible for any losses caused to third parties due to the above reasons.

5.2 We are committed to providing users with high-quality and stable services. But we cannot guarantee that the system will not experience any system downtime, fluctuations, or data loss. We are not responsible for any system access issues caused by network operator reasons, network adjustments, normal system maintenance upgrades, etc.

5.3 Our services can only be used for legitimate purposes, namely job hunting and recruitment. We explicitly prohibit anyone from using the information obtained on the platform for other commercial purposes or any other purposes. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, sell, resell or use any part of the services we provide for any commercial purposes. If a user violates the aforementioned rules, it will be considered a serious violation of this agreement, and we have the right to suspend or terminate the user account and stop providing services. Therefore, if any losses are caused to us and related parties, you should also bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

5.4 We will verify and handle user complaints/reports, but we cannot guarantee that they will meet the requirements of the complainant/reporter. For complaints/reports that infringe on users' privacy, reputation, and other legitimate rights and interests, or for legal liabilities arising from false complaints/reports, the complainant/reporter shall bear the responsibility and have nothing to do with us.

6. Force majeure and other exemption reasons

6.1 Force Majeure

You understand and agree that when you use our services, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may result in the suspension or inability to continue providing the services. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, floods, hail, government actions, strikes, riots, maintenance of information network equipment, information network connection failures, computer, communication or other system failures, power failures, changes in laws and regulations, orders from judicial administrative authorities, other force majeure or third-party inaction resulting in inability to provide services or delayed services, or delays, stagnation or errors in the information and data provided. In the event of force majeure, we will make every effort to overcome the situation and mitigate its negative impact. However, we are exempt from liability for any losses caused to you within the scope permitted by law.

6.2 Other exemption reasons

(1) Job seekers are fully responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of the format and content of their personal resumes, materials, documents, and related information stored in the resume center. Recruiters are fully responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of the information they publish in the job database;

(2) Recruiters and job seekers should treat the behavior of others with caution. We cannot be held responsible for the offline behavior of users, as we do not assume any legal responsibility for any adverse effects caused to users by the behavior of others;

(3) We cannot guarantee that there will be a certain number of users powsing the resume, nor can we guarantee that there will be a specific user powsing it;

(5) Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, we make no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the information, content, materials, products, or services on our website and client, subject to compliance with laws and regulations;

(6) Within the scope permitted by law, our and our affiliated companies' full liability for any claims under this User Agreement is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the use of the service.

7. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

You understand and agree that we have the right to change and modify any terms of this agreement at any time in accordance with the law. If there are any updates to the terms of the agreement, we will remind you of the updated content in an appropriate manner so that you can keep up with the latest version of this agreement in a timely manner. You can also check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant page. If you continue to use our service, it means that you have agreed to accept the updated content. If you do not agree with the updated content, you can stop using the service or contact customer service to cancel your account.

When any of the following situations occur, this user agreement shall terminate:

(1) According to the relevant terms of this user agreement, if your user account is suspended or cancelled, this user agreement shall terminate on the date of account suspension or cancellation;

(2) If you cancel your account through self-service "account cancellation" under the conditions, this user agreement will terminate on the date of account cancellation;

(3) Due to force majeure, this agreement cannot be continued to be performed or is not necessary or meaningful to be performed. Force majeure refers to objective circumstances that cannot be encountered, avoided, or overcome, including but not limited to war, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes or earthquakes, strikes, riots, statutory diseases, hacker attacks, network viruses, telecommunications department technical controls, government actions, or any other natural or man-made disasters;

(4) We have the right to terminate all services based on our own commercial arrangements. We will give you reasonable advance notice that this user agreement will terminate on the date when the services are terminated in accordance with legal procedures and methods.

After the termination of this user agreement, your right to use the service shall be terminated. We will no longer be able to provide you with any services or fulfill any other obligations, including but not limited to retaining or displaying any information from your original account to you, such as sending you or other third parties the information materials formed by you. The termination of this user agreement does not affect the validity of intellectual property terms and other terms that should continue to be valid based on their content.

9. Applicable legal jurisdiction and others

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The user and we agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China. If you have any disputes arising from the use of our services, we will negotiate with you to resolve them. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court. If any provision of this User Agreement conflicts with the law, these provisions shall be reinterpreted as closely as possible, while other provisions shall remain legally effective and influential on the user.
