Professor Huang Guangbin's Team Recruitment!

The International Green AI Research Center (in preparation) of Southeast University, in addition to jointly cultivating postdoctoral researchers, doctoral students, and master's students with universities and research institutions at home and abroad and providing a creative working environment, also offers postdoctoral researchers a comprehensive compensation package of up to several hundred thousand yuan (based on outstanding performance). Professor Huang Guangbin, leader of the team, is a Chief Professor of Southeast University and founder of Singapore-based Mind PointEye. He has served as a member of the Recruitment Committee for Full Professors in the Nanyang Technological University - NTU Singapore; a member of the Wallenberg-Nanyang Technological University Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowship Committee; a Director Expert Committee Member of the China Big Data Industry Ecosystem Alliance under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China; and Deputy Leader of the Intelligent Expert Group of the China Dredging Association.

Since 2014, he has been named a "Highly Cited Researcher" (in engineering and computer science) and one of "The World's Most Influential Scientific Minds" by Thomson Reuters for 9 consecutive years. He ranked first among researchers from Nanyang Technological University - NTU Singapore, on Stanford University's 2021 list of the Top 2% Scientists Worldwide. He was nominated for Singapore's President's Science Award for several consecutive years (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019). Two of his academic papers on AI were listed by Google Scholar in 2017 as ranked 2nd and 7th among the "Top 10 Timeless Classic Papers in Artificial Intelligence of the Past Decade" globally. The AI theory he proposed has recently received direct biological validation in biology and neuroscience, bridging the gap between machine learning and brain learning mechanisms, and addressing the confusion raised by John von Neumann, the father of computing, 60 years ago regarding the structure and capabilities of the human brain and computers. His proposed AI theories and algorithms have been widely applied in fields such as power, energy, space, control, low-power AI chips, and photonic chips, and have been adopted by organizations including NASA and IBM. He is also the founder of AI startups Mind PointEye (Singapore) and Guangzhi Microelectronics (China). He has been repeatedly invited to deliver keynote speeches on AI at major international conferences, including IEEE ICONIP, IEEE China Software Conference, and World Architect Summit. He serves as an Associate Editor for journals such as Neurocomputing, Cognitive Computation, Neural Networks, and IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics.
