Notice on the Recruitment of Postdoctoral Researchers by Liaoning University in 2025

I. Recruitment Principles

### II. Station-Setting Units

Postdoctoral Research Station of Theoretical Economics, Postdoctoral Research Station of Applied Economics, Postdoctoral Research Station of Statistics, Postdoctoral Research Station of Business Administration, Postdoctoral Research Station of Law, Postdoctoral Research Station of Marxist Theory, Postdoctoral Research Station of Chinese Language and Literature, and Postdoctoral Research Station of Philosophy.

### III. Recruitment Requirements

1. Generally no more than 35 years old (including 35 years old, i.e., not having reached the 36th birthday), having obtained a doctoral degree for no more than three years, with excellent character and academic performance, and in good health;

2. Our university will give priority to recruiting eligible non-in-service personnel, and then recruit in-service personnel in a certain proportion;

3. For personnel with identities such as commissioned-trained doctors,定向-trained doctors, in-service staff, and active servicemen who apply to enter the station for postdoctoral research, they must submit proof materials from their commissioned unit,定向培养 unit, work unit, or their affiliated army agreeing to their engagement in postdoctoral research to our university;

4. Doctoral graduates trained by our university are not allowed to apply to enter the postdoctoral research station of the same first-level discipline in the university for postdoctoral research;

5. Doctors returning from studying abroad are encouraged to apply for postdoctoral research at our university.

### IV. Requirements During the Station Period

1. Applicants for station entry must submit a written application and relevant materials to the Office of the Postdoctoral Management Committee of our university. Only those who pass the qualification review can participate in the station entry assessment;

2. The duration of postdoctoral research in the station is generally 2 years, which can be flexibly determined within 2-4 years according to project needs; for those who undertake major national scientific and technological projects after entering the station, the duration in the station shall be adjusted in a timely manner according to the project funding period and the tasks undertaken, with a maximum of no more than 6 years;

3. The scientific research achievements obtained by postdoctoral researchers during their stay in the station belong to Liaoning University. For published achievements, the first author (including the supervisor as the first author) must have Liaoning University as the first affiliated unit;

4. Postdoctoral researchers applying for station exit must complete the postdoctoral research work as planned, write a postdoctoral research report in line with relevant national regulations, and pass the defense of the exit research report;

5. Postdoctoral researchers applying for station exit must meet the exit assessment standards specified in the in-station agreement before exiting.
