Notice on the Recruitment of Postdoctoral Researchers by Liaoning University in 2024

In accordance with the relevant regulations of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee on the recruitment of postdoctoral researchers, and in combination with the spirit of the document *Interim Provisions on Postdoctoral Management of Liaoning University (Revised in 2024)*, the university has decided after research to carry out the recruitment of postdoctoral researchers for 2024. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

### I. Disciplines with Postdoctoral Stations

The university has 8 postdoctoral research stations in the disciplines of Theoretical Economics, Applied Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Law, Marxist Theory, Chinese Language and Literature, and Philosophy. The university recruits postdoctoral researchers in the above disciplines all year round, and also supports applicants from other disciplines to enter the stations to carry out scientific research in interdisciplinary fields.

### II. Recruitment Categories

- Faculty postdoctoral researchers

- Research postdoctoral researchers

- On-the-job postdoctoral researchers

- Jointly-trained postdoctoral researchers

### III. Recruitment Quotas

The recruitment quotas for each postdoctoral station are detailed in Annex 1 *2024 Recruitment Plan for Postdoctoral Researchers of Liaoning University*.

### IV. Recruitment Requirements

1. Adhere to the correct political direction and academic orientation, consciously abide by the Constitution, laws, and various rules and regulations of the university, with no bad records;

2. Be in good physical and mental health, have strong research ability and professional dedication, and be able to fulfill the postdoctoral research work dutifully;

3. Hold a doctoral degree and have obtained the doctoral degree for no more than 3 years, and be under 35 years of age. For those applying to enter postdoctoral research stations in the fields of humanities and social sciences, key professional fields, or who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas, the age limit for entering the station can be relaxed to 40 years old.

4. In principle, doctoral graduates from station-setting units are allowed to enter the same first-level discipline postdoctoral research station of the unit, but doctoral graduates from the university's own college are not allowed to continue postdoctoral research in that college.
