Announcement (II) on Recruitment of Research Postdoctoral Fellows by University of International Business and Economics for 2025

I. Basic Requirements

1. Excellent in character and academic performance, in good health, and under 35 years of age.

2. Having obtained a doctoral degree for generally no more than 3 years.

3. Doctoral graduates trained by the university’s colleges with postdoctoral stations must enter the station across first-level disciplines.

4. In-service personnel and over-aged personnel will not be recruited.

### IV. Benefits and Support

#### 1. Remuneration

(1) For **A-position research postdoctoral fellows**: The funding period is 2 years. The university provides 400,000 yuan. Those approved for national postdoctoral funding programs will receive additional subsidies, with a maximum total funding of 760,000 yuan.

(2) For **B-position research postdoctoral fellows**: The funding period is 2 years. The university provides 240,000 yuan. Those approved for national postdoctoral funding programs will receive additional subsidies, with a maximum total funding of 600,000 yuan.

(3) Those selected into national talent programs will be entitled to remuneration in accordance with relevant national policies, with overlapping benefits.

(4) For details on remuneration, please consult the contact person of the respective college (research institute) with postdoctoral stations.

#### 2. Career Development

Postdoctoral fellows who achieve excellent results in the期满 assessment and meet the recruitment requirements for full-time faculty may apply for a position at the university.

#### 3. Housing Support

Eligible to apply for university temporary housing.

#### 4. Performance Incentives

Teaching, research, or other performance rewards issued by the respective college (research institute) with postdoctoral stations.

#### 5. Other Support

In accordance with national regulations, assistance will be provided for postdoctoral fellows to resolve matters related to their children’s enrollment in kindergartens and schools, and for postdoctoral fellows who complete their tenure to settle in Beijing.
