I. University Profile Jinan University is the first overseas Chinese institution of higher education founded by the Chinese government. Eligibility Criteria for Postdoctoral Recruitment 1. Abide by laws and regulations, have good ideological and political performance and moral cultivation, be in good physical and mental health, and have no criminal or disciplinary records; 2. Hold a doctoral degree from well-known domestic or foreign universities or research institutions, with the doctoral degree obtained generally not exceeding 3 years, and aged 35 (inclusive) or below; 3. Have strong scientific research capabilities and academic potential; 4. Meet the relevant postdoctoral recruitment requirements formulated by the postdoctoral research station. ### IV. Types and Quotas of Postdoctoral Recruitment Postdoctoral recruitment is divided into Type A and Type B. Type A recruitment quotas give priority to cooperative supervisors with ongoing national projects, key provincial/municipal projects, or major horizontal projects. Type B postdoctoral researchers are recruited independently according to the research needs of the postdoctoral research stations and cooperative supervisors. ### V. The comprehensive annual salary for postdoctoral researchers starts at 255,000 yuan. Type A and Type B postdoctoral researchers who achieve excellent results in the comprehensive evaluation can receive a one-time incentive living allowance of 300,000 yuan for those with outstanding performance, and 100,000 yuan for those with excellent performance.
