For applicants in natural sciences, the age should not exceed 40 years old in principle; for those in arts, philosophy, and humanities and social sciences, the age should not exceed 45 years old in principle.

**Benefits**:

1. **Appointment**: Directly appointed as professor or researcher with priority, included in the career establishment management, and entitled to all welfare benefits of public institutions.

2. **Remuneration**: (1) Basic annual salary of 420,000–720,000 yuan; (2) Additional rewards for high-level representative achievements exceeding the post-term tasks; (3) Additional allowances from the school.

After applicants pass the university’s review and reach an application intention with the university, we will promptly connect with them, sign an employment contract or letter of intent, and provide professional pre-evaluation services and one-on-one guidance on proposal writing to improve the accuracy and success rate of applications.

Those who are selected for the National Natural Science Foundation of China Excellent Young Scientists Fund Project (Overseas) under our university will receive, in addition to the supporting funds from the state and Guangdong Province, highly competitive salary, generous housing subsidies, sufficient research startup funds, support for establishing research teams, 2 young talent assistants per year (for 3 consecutive years), recognition of doctoral supervisor qualification, and assistance in securing doctoral student quotas.
