Nanjing Normal University is a national "Double First-Class" construction university and a Jiangsu high-level university. ### I. Postdoctoral Benefits

1. The annual salary of "Housheng Faculty Postdoctoral" starts at 310,000 yuan; the annual salary of ordinary full-time postdoctoral starts at 260,000 yuan.

2. For those selected into the "Jiangsu Excellent Postdoctoral Program", "National Funding Program", "Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program", the "Postdoctoral International Exchange Program" (including the "Introduction Program" and "Dispatch Program"), as well as the "Hong Kong Scholars Program", "Macao Young Scholars Program" and "Sino-German Postdoctoral Exchange Program", in addition to the funding from Jiangsu Province or the state, all the university's benefits will be issued in addition.

3. Full-time postdoctoral researchers are provided with rent-free and property fee-free hotel-style apartments.

4. They can apply for funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation in accordance with regulations. For stations in colleges with first-class disciplines or provincial advantageous disciplines, the funding for liberal arts is no less than 20,000 yuan, and for science and engineering, it is no less than 60,000 yuan.
