Commit to engaging in postdoctoral research work full-time during the station period. **Regular Postdoctoral Researchers** As the first author, have published at least 1 paper in the excellent journals recognized by the university, or at least 2 papers in the first-class core journals. **Faculty Postdoctoral Researchers** As the first author, have published at least 3 papers in the excellent journals recognized by the university. Among them, 1 paper published in an international top journal can be regarded as equivalent to 2 papers in excellent journals.
