Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) is a key comprehensive university with economic and management disciplines as its main focus, and coordinated development of economics, management, law, liberal arts, science, and engineering. The postdoctoral research stations of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics were established in 1992. Currently, there are 8 postdoctoral research stations, including Theoretical Economics, Applied Economics, Business Administration, Philosophy, Statistics, Marxist Theory, Management Science and Engineering, and Law. Since the establishment of the stations, many postdoctoral fellows have stayed at the university after completing their postdoctoral studies. Postdoctoral training has not only become a talent pool for the university's faculty but also built a channel for integrating industry, academia, research, and application to serve enterprises and society.

### I. Application Conditions

1. Professionals who have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree at home or abroad in related majors.

2. Possess strong scientific research capabilities and team cooperation skills.

3. Generally under 35 years of age.

4. Excellent in character and academics, and in good health.

### II. Application and Approval Procedures

1. The university accepts applications for postdoctoral positions all year round. After obtaining the consent of the cooperative supervisor, applicants should log in to the university's recruitment website, with the username being their ID card number or passport number (entry: http://zhaopin.sufe.edu.cn/). After registration and login to the recruitment webpage, please first select the "My Resume and Attachment Materials" section, fill in the resume, submit the required materials, and upload attachments. The attachments include: a list of scientific research achievements since pursuing a doctorate, 1-2 representative scientific research achievements, doctoral dissertation, doctoral degree certificate or other valid certification documents, ID card, scanned copies of award certificates, etc.

2. The recruiting schools and institutes will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of the applicant's political and ideological performance, scientific research capabilities, and academic level.

3. For those approved for recruitment, the university will handle the entry approval procedures in accordance with national policies and relevant regulations.

### III. Postdoctoral Benefits

In recent years, the university has significantly increased investment in postdoctoral funds, providing postdoctoral researchers with favorable salary and welfare, housing, and scientific research benefits. Postdoctoral fellows in the station are encouraged to apply for national funded postdoctoral research programs. Those who obtain funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation can receive subsidies ranging from 50,000 to 180,000 yuan. Those selected into Shanghai's "Super Postdoctoral" program after evaluation will receive additional funding from the Shanghai Special Fund for Promoting Talent Development at a standard of 150,000 yuan per person per year for 2 years.

In addition, postdoctoral fellows in the station are provided with university-college level scientific research funds and independent postdoctoral apartments (free rent for 2 years).
