Research Team Introduction The team led by Professor Jiang Benxue from the School of Physics of Tongji University focuses on the development and application of advanced transparent ceramic materials. I. Job Description Research Direction: Fundamental theoretical research on transparent ceramics, including: - Design and preparation of novel transparent ceramics - Microstructure regulation and optical property optimization - Applications in laser technology, optoelectronics, semiconductors, and nuclear medicine imaging Job Responsibilities: - Participate in/lead major national projects (NSFC, National Key R&D Program) - Publish high-quality papers and apply for research grants - Assist in guiding graduate students and lab management II. Requirements for Application - Ph.D. in Materials Science/related fields (obtained within 5 years) - Background in inorganic non-metallic materials/transparent ceramics - Strong English proficiency (reading/writing academic literature) - Research enthusiasm with independent/teamwork capabilities III.
