Postdoctoral Recruitment at Huazhong University of Science and Technology

Basic Requirements

Candidates should:

• Be under 35 years old and have obtained a doctorate degree within the past three years.
• Exhibit excellent character and academic aptitude, along with good physical and mental health.
• Abide by laws and disciplines, be proactive, adhere to academic norms, and demonstrate a spirit of unity and cooperation.

Employment Period

The standard employment period is two to three years, with outstanding candidates eligible for re-employment.

Remuneration

• General candidates: Generally no less than 200,000 yuan per year (before tax).
• Outstanding candidates: Will receive no less than 300,000 yuan per year (before tax).
• Remuneration from relevant national projects can be enjoyed in addition to the base salary.
• National-level talent project selectees: Will receive no less than 500,000 yuan per year (before tax, with no upper limit).
