Job Responsibilities
1.Build cross-border e-commerce operation system from 0 to 1, including but not limited to market analysis, product positioning, supply chain management, marketing and promotion, customer service. 2, analyze and monitor market dynamics, understand the latest policies of each cross-border e-commerce, do a good job of competitor analysis, timely adjustment of the operation program, development of promotion and sales plan, leading the team to complete the sales target; 3.Manage and optimize the daily operation of cross-border e-commerce platform, including product shelves, order processing, logistics and distribution, after-sales service. 4.Coordinate internal resources, work closely with product, technology and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of operational strategies and rational allocation of resources. 5.Monitor and analyze operation data, report operation status regularly, propose improvement measures and implement them. 6.Establish and maintain good relationship with overseas partners and expand new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Tenure requirements: 1.Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in e-commerce, international trade, marketing and other related majors. 2.work experience: more than 5 years of cross-border e-commerce industry work experience, more than 3 years of team management experience, familiar with the rules and operation mode of major cross-border e-commerce platforms such as RS or AMAZON. 3.Skills and Abilities:Good data analysis skills, able to make reasonable business strategies and decisions through data analysis. Strong market insight and marketing planning ability, able to develop effective marketing programs. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to lead the team to achieve business goals. Good communication and coordination skills and cross-cultural communication skills, able to communicate effectively with domestic and international teams and partners. Proficient in English, able to listen, read and write fluently. 4.other qualities: strong sense of responsibility, execution and stress resistance, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. A sense of innovative spirit, able to continuously explore new business models and development opportunities. Place of work: After 6-12 months of study in Shanghai, China, you can be arranged to work in other overseas countries according to the needs of the company and your personal wishes (priority will be given to the location of your nationality).
